21 NCAC 64 .0401             PETITION FOR RULEMAKING HEARINGS

Any individual wishing to submit a petition requesting the adoption, amendment or repeal of a rule by the Board shall address a petition to: Board of Examiners for Speech and Language Pathologists and Audiologists, P.O. Box 16885, Greensboro, North Carolina 27416.
